The "-LA" part of the model number, says the board is an OEM design by
Asus. Asus does not support OEM designs, and the company using the
motherboard (HP, Dell, Gateway etc) is supposed to provide drivers and
BIOS updates.
The best you can do, is hope that the board is derived from a retail
design. If that is the case, then you can use the drivers at least,
from the retail board download page. But the BIOS may still be
specific to the OEM design. If you somehow forced the BIOS from
a retail board, into the OEM board, parts of the board may no
longer function properly. For example, I notice that an SMSC SuperI/O
chip is used on this board, which is not normally found on Asus retail
designs.

Places I would look:
1) Start with the chipset. Look for 865PE here. INF Update Utility in
ZIP format is preferred, if you ever need to hack something. There
is a command line switch for the EXE version, to get it to dump
all the files into a folder like the ZIP. But you should just be
able to use it directly, for the most part.

2) AC'97 audio from Realtek. Note that the Ven/Dev/Subsys in the INF has
to match what is declared by the motherboard. If it gives you trouble,
post back. The driver must know about the Southbridge (ICH5 in this case)
and the CODEC (ALC650).
3) Try here for Ethernet RT8101L
4) Firewire should be built into WinXP, with the appropriate service pack level.
(At least, if I look on the P4G8X Deluxe download page, which uses
the same TSB43AB22 chip, there is no Firewire/1394 driver listed.)
5) USB should be built into WinXP, with the appropriate service pack level.
If there are still some things in Device Manager without drivers,
try and post any details you can find. Everest can be used to list
what devices are on the bus, as well.
