I've recently gotten a weird message when rebooting my A7V. The
following message comes up after it checks the Promise 100 drivers:

"PRESS ANY KEY TO REBOOT"

And the system is stalled there until I either hit a key or press the
reset button.

I don't get it all the time... it appears to be a random thing. I
just want to know whether others have seen this message and if there
is a solution for it?

I'm using the 1004c BIOS.

P.P.

IS it that sometimes you get it and it reboots, and sometimes you don't but
it boots alright? I got that error when I first set my system up. The
solution was to tell the BIOS to boot with the ATA100. If you have a HD on
the ATA66 disable it from being the bootable HD, and select yes (or auto, I
forget) for "Onboard ATA First"
