SAVE YOUR TIME!!! DON'T BOTHER.
These folks seem to 'conveniently' forget to tell customers that items are
on back order, or they somehow 'make a mistake' and tell customers that
items are in stock when they are not.
They don't call you back, send you any e-mail, or otherwise contact you to
correct the misconceptions you are left with, and generally are lacking in
the customer service area.
They also IMMEDIATELY CHARGE your credit card and don't make sure that items
are in stock before doing that, so when you call back to ask why after 10+
business days you haven't received your promised items, you'll get to wait
another 3+ business days before your credit card gets credited for the
original purchase.
On a scale of 1 to 10, these folks get a -1
Hope this information saves someone the frustration I'm currently dealing
with.
By the way, I originally found out about these folks from Pricewatch
(http://www.pricewatch.com) and will be notifying those folks so they can
warn potential customers, and will also be contacting my credit card company
to complain to them and get credited as soon as possible!
