AK33 Problems??

I am not sure if this is really a problem, but maybe you guys will be able
to help me.

I have a AK33 mb with a 850Mhz Duron processor and a GeForce2 MX agp
graphics card and also 128Meg 133 Mhz Ram. The problem is: when I run
Final Reality (a 3D benchmark program), the graphics seem "jerky", even in
low detail. I know they say you must update your drivers to the latest
ones, but will it really help in this case. I tried loading the turbo CMOS
settings, but that also didn't help. Also, is that I can't really see the
difference between UDMA66 and UDMA33, is that suppose to be so or what.
Please can anybody help me here, i am rather desparate.

Firstly is your HD using DMA transfer?
How old is the HD, most likely is UDMA66 or maybe even 100.
Is the RAM brand name or generic?
