I bought a newer MS Natural Ergo Keyboard 4000 to replace my very old
white MS Natural Keyboard Elite.

I was very disappointed to find that the space bar was stiff or
sticky. So I searched the web for all the possible solutions.

Here's what I found and tried:
1. lubricate plastic posts on underside of key (didn't work)
2. twist metal sway bar away from each other slightly (acceptable)
3. remove metal sway bar completely (acceptable)

I took pictures of the procedures. Here's the gallery -

Hopefully this will help some of you that have this keyboard.

Cheers,

Tanks for suggests, I've another question about this keyboard:
I bought a Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 and I connected it to a Notebook
(a Sony) with Vista Home Premium and to a Pc with W Server 2003 switched
by a Kvm.
I installed last IntelliType Pro, but I can't access to F# function
If I press Flock Key nothing happens (led doesn't light)

I know there is a fix for Xp and other O.S., but Vista and I'm not sure to
use it with Vista.
Do you have encountered the same problem and have found a solution?

Thanks
Giuseppe
