Kodak DX6490: at power up lens wont come out

Hi.
I'm experience a problem with my kodak dx6490.
Normally when i power up the camera the lens extend and the display
start up and show the variuos functions.
I'm experience a problem with my kodak dx6490.
Normally when i power up the camera the lens extend and the display
start up and show the variuos functions.
Now, the lens wont come but i ear the motor that work try to take the
lens out, or better: if by hand i extend the lens, it retreat like
when i power off the camera.
Seems that the motor have "inverted" his functionality: retreat or
extend and extend for retreat.
What can i do?
