S5 IS is stuck in Wide Mode

Hello --
Can someone help me reset my S5 IS to shoot in a "normal" mode setting?
Images are wide and short. A black "W" in an almost square white box, with a tall triangle to the left appears in viewfinder and LCD displays.
My manuals mention the mode once or twice but don't describe how to get into or out of it.

I don't own such a camera but I was able to download a manual. A
quick look at the index under [R] led me to lReset All] on page 36.
Over to you :-(
