What's a good program to equalize (normalize) the audio levels of multiple
MP3 or WAV files before recording them to a CD? I'm looking for one to read
and adjust the audio levels of a full set for a CD, and then record them.

I have found the shareware version of Cool Edit to be a great tool for
creating CDs from both MP3s and analog sources. It can't normalize across
multiple wave files, but it can normalize them one at a time to a preset
standard level.

Feurio http://www.feurio.de/English/Download.php works for me.
It can normalize 80 minutes of MP3's and then burn to disc. (fast computer
required for burning from mp3 to cdr)
Hope this helps..

You should try MP32WAV. It's a free software utility, simply to convert your
MP3 files to WAV files. It is fast and works great and simple. You can tell
the program which recording software must be started after a whole set of
MP3's are converted.
I tried Music Match which is also a great player, but for only converting I
cannot do without MP32WAV. It's freeware, so you must be able to download it
on the net.
