Hello,
I have an ACER Aspire E 15 (AKA E5-511-PXVU) now running Win10.

From the ACER support page, I have download BIOS upgrades:

BIOS_Acer_1.03_A_A
BIOS_Acer_1.06_A_A
BIOS_Acer_1.07_A_A

,zip files. Before moving forward, I thought it wise to ask if I should
install these and more?

Thanks

If you see the BIOS updates from below page (enter "aspire e5-511" in the
product model field), there are description on what each update is all

Next time, genius, try reading the thread before you post. He even
apologized for posting in the wrong newsgroup. Also, there seems to be a
bit of a problem with your question mark key. I suggest you check it
out.

He made it quite clear that he's upgrading from win 10 to XP

The answer is, no, don't install any BIOS updates unless you
have some specific problem with XP, and these problems are marked as
fixed in the BIOS Changelogs.
