Hello,

I am trying to set up my grandmother's PC to make it easy for her to
do word processing and nothing else. She has Windows 98, and I am
fairly sure it is SE.

I have enabled Filter Keys and this is a big help. However, at login,
she gets a notification window where she has to click on OK to
continue.

Is it possible to turn off the notification, whilst keeping Filter
Keys switched on?

Thanks
Jo

If it is SE then the system information should say that you have version
4.10.2222 A

Dear Michael, thank you for replying. Does it make a difference
whether it is SE? Because I am not able to access the PC very
frequently and would like to be able to go there with a fix next time.
(she is not on the internet)

I am hoping someone can point me to a place in the registry, or a tool
that I can take over on a memory stick.

Thank you
Jo
