macbook pro and safari --> problem with aol.com

Don't know if this is the right group but ....

I'm a microsoft&linux person, my wife is a microsoft person. She has a
macbook pro that just started having a problem with accessing aol.com.
I've tried reseting safari but that only works for a couple of minutes.
There are two accounts on the mac, hers and mine. If she uses mine then
it works but if she uses hers then it craps out but only for aol.com.
Other sites load with no issues. Any suggestion on what/where/how to
look would be appreciated since she has designated me as her computer
knight in shining armor.
