TOOL/DAEMON TO CHECK TCP CONNECTIONS AND SEND EMAIL

Hi to all

I'm searching a tool or daemon that send email when a connection to a
specified tcp ports happens.
For example when someone connects to tcp 80 http I need to receive an
email....

Anyone can help me?
