What is the complete current list of all known *Windows* free VPN browsers?

Given the trolls infested the cross-platform thread, out of the goodness
of my heart, as always, to help everyone, in addition to learning myself,
this is a second adult attempt at asking if we have the complete list yet.

I ask the question because I can't possibly know more than everyone does.
o Do you know of Windows VPN browsers other than those listed below?

If so, please add value by posting that browser so we can test it.
o If you don't know any more than is in this OP, please don't prove that.

The requirements to make the "VPN browser" list are simple:
1. It must be free
2. It must be ad free
3. It must be account free (i.e., no login required)
4. It must be unlimited VPN (unless stated otherwise)
5. The connection to the VPN service "should" be encrypted.
