qmail rewriting the from domain

Hi
I have a mail server tcs04.triumphant.co.uk. I want the outgoing mail to
appear to have come from triumphant.co.uk. I could use the:
QMAILHOST or MAILHOST.
I wonder if there is a way of achieving this using /var/qmail/bin/control
files?

Yes. Write control/defaulthost file.
