gpg can no longer reach the hushmail keyring over Tor

This command:

$ torsocks gpg --keyserver ldap://keys.hush.com --search-keys b...@hushmail.com

used to work, but now gives:

Has hushmail started blocking Tor? A keyid grab also fails:
