A pal of mine has written a Perl script for me which I cannot run, as it
requires the Perl modules HTML-TableExtractor and WWW-Mechanize.

I have tried installing them using the ppm command prompt. Ppm
downloads these files and runs through the installation process, but
upon checking installed modules, they do not appear.

I managed to download both modules using the ppm command and extract
them to folders, but have no idea where to place the folders with Perl
v5.10.0 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread installed.

Sorry if it all sounds confusing, but I'm not a Perl programer and a newbie.

Any help appreciated.

Problem resolved by downloading an earlier version of Perl and I was
able to install the modules direct from the command prompt without using
the installation manager featured in later versions.
