JOB Title : Business Automation Analyst
Location : Addison, TX
Duration : 6+ Months
Contract : C2C

Required Skills/Level of Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or associate degree/high school diploma and equivalent years of experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or industry, including process re-engineering and/or automation experience
• Previous experience working with Robotic Process Automation technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, BluePrism) is strongly preferred
• Ability to prioritize bandwidth and work across multiple projects/work streams simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Visio, Excel, etc.) with ability to create executive-level presentations
• Prior Mortgage Origination / Servicing experience or related field is highly preferred
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
• Process certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent) are a plus
