Solr collections: can't "edit" them?

Hello, everyone,

In CF9/10 Server CFAdmin, when you click on an existing Solr collection, you don't see the attributes/parameters of that collection; you see the default settings for a new collection (ie, ".htm, .html, .cfm, .cfml" and no path.)

Does anyone know of a way to actually edit a Solr collection? For example, if I have a collection that indexes .pdf files, but I want to add .doc, .docx, .xls, and .xlsx files to it. Instead of entering ".pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, and .xlsx" and browsing to the directory all over, again, I want to just add .doc, .docx, .xls, and .xlsx, save, and be done.

The reason this is so important is because we have collections that were created a long time ago, by an admin who is no longer here, and we don't know PRECISELY what files (and where) are being indexed. This is a huge issue, should something happen to the collection that we can't recover from.

Any thoughts/ideas appreciated.

V/r,

JD
