External Exception EEFFACE

Hi

I am running an application created with Delphi 4.0 Update Pack 3 w/BDE
5.01.
I have installed the application on a client machine that is already running
an application created in the same environment.

Both applications use the native MS Access driver in the BDE.

The first application that was installed on the machine runs fine.

I installed a second application, the second application generates an error
:

Exception EexternalException in Module IDDA3532.DLL at 00057564
External Exception EEFFACE

The first application still runs fine. I can't figure out what is going on.
This EEFFACE doesn't point to anything and trying to find information on it
is near impossible.

Any help at all would be great ...

Hi Jon,

we had this Errors, too. They occurred on Win NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 in
connection
with accessing blob or memo-database fields. Inprise does know of it, but I have
not heard of a
solution so far.
