DELPHI INSTALL PROGRAM

I am looking for a INSTALL program that can handle the BDE Installation
and install of my app. at the same time (ie. one SETUP.EXE).

Surely the rest of the DELPHI developers across this watery world are
doing the same...?

I haven't tried this product yet, but Eschalon Setup is available with an
opton to install BDE as well as your app. Available from the ZAC Catalog
(800/463-3574) for $139. ZAC publishes a 'Delphi Only' catalog that lists
several interesting Delphi products. Standard disclaimer, I have no
relationship with either Eschalon or ZAC.

Thanks for the hint Leroy. Does "ZAC" have an email address? or WEB site?

North American 800 numbers cannot be used normally from NZ.

The latest and greatest version of the WISE installation system by Great Lakes
Business Solutions (of which, I am not affiliated in any way) will create
install programs for your Delphi applications and properly handle the BDE.
Version 4.0, the latest, also has the ability to create setups for 16 bit
(Win3.x) and 32 bit (Win95, NT) windows.

I creates one executable file that gets split across multiple disks if it is
that large. This makes installations very simple and easy. You can check them
out at http://www.glbs.com

When using the Wise install and having it install the BDE, does
it show the Borland car setup screen when installing?
