Urgend! - InstallShield error under Windows '95 / '98

Hi Delphi Experts,

I have a really urgend Problem with "IS Express Delphi Edition V1.11"
Shipped with Delphi 3.0 C/S.

I use today the actual BDE 5.01 but I get the same results to V 4.51
...

During the installation under Windows '95 / '98 I get the (german,
sounds like). Error Message: "Kann ID..32.CFG nicht zusammenfügen .."
(Can ID..32.CFG not reunite ...)

If I install the same Programm under Windows NT, it works properly.

Do you have seen this problem? Do you have any tip for me, please

Urgend!: I must install my Application somes days ago and I can't find
any error. I had reinstalled the BDE 4.01 / 4.51 and I get the same
result.
