Im trying to find out how to access the windows dial-up and get my program
to dial out using it, and then disconnect from the internet when i want it
to, is there any way to access the 'connect' and 'disconnect' functions in
the DLL

In the Network and Dial-up connections double click the relevent connection
and select dial.

That defeats the object of having my program do it for me, I want to be able
to leave the program running and know it will disconnect after the time
frame I set, without having to be there to click the button myself.
