It will not work.... The server leaves lots of stuff in registry. For example,
Install, uninstall and re-install and you will see 2 war icons on tray. Not
mentions what happends when you setup the server with different names each time.
The uninstall programm deletes only some files; it leaves lots of files in the war
directory.
Whatever method you use, for a complete uninstall you must go to registry and
erase all the stuff concerning war daemon.

If the srever is installed with the setup program, it leaves an uninstall
program in the same directory as the program resides in - and informs
Windows about the uninstall procedure, so that it can be uninstalled from
the control panel.
If this by some reason don't work, you must follow a simple procedure:
1) Open a DOS window and run the command "war-ftpd.exe -uninstall"
This removes the registry settings that starts the server as a system
service.
2) Reboot
3) Remove the directory where the server is installed
4) Remove the registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Jgaa
That's it.
