Setup-Utility for TMC EISA-board PET-48N v.100 (AMI-BIOS ends with OPEISA-H)

Hello,
I am looking for the Setup utility for the above board. It's a 486
EISA-board. The setup-utility available on TMC'c website does not work with
it (recommended BIOS ends with OPEISA-F).
Does anyone has this setup utility or knows where to get it?
