EDO Micro Technology service problems

I can't be the only one!

EDO Micro Technology has nearly the best prices on the Web. But at what cost
in service. A company that provides no human to answer problems with orders
and refuses to return messages or faxes is really cutting corners.

In my case, a power supply on a computer case was no good. Eventually, after
two months, I had to buy another one elsewhere.

Share your pain. For those with similar problems, why don't we compare notes
so other unsuspecting buyers can get the picture.
