Plextor vs. TDK opinions

I'm going to purchase one of the these drives in a 12/10/32 EIDE format. Which
do you prefer and why?

Last month in Maximum PC they did a review. They rated both Kck Ass products
with the TDK slightly ahead because of better software (nero).
Do you all agree with this?

Well, in that case, yeah... go for TDK then, unless you're a BIG fan of
Adaptec EZCD.

I just bought the plextor a couple days ago....I have this box of crappy
BASF cd's kickin around, (I think they are made by cmc??) that my hp2x2x6
wouldn't write to, my plex burnt them @12x. I was scanning, had paintshop
pro and jewel case creator running and printing while burning music this
morning. It also comes with some diskdupe2000 that is super easy to use
kinda like adaptec cd copier. I havent used the adaptec software that came
with it yet.
I saw Nero disks at a trade show last month for 5 bucks.

I'm talking about the package. If the drives are the same, then go with
Nero.
