HELP! CPU, Video, or SCSI???

This is my current system:

P2 233MHz (overclocked@250)
128MB PC100
4GB Maxtor ATA33
S3 ViRGE for 2D
Voodoo2 for 3D

I don't know which subsystem I sould upgrade first. The CPU, the video
cards, or upgrading to SCSI. I want to use either WinNT or BeOS to do
some audio/video editing and multimedia authoring. I have used a BeOS
system with Ultra2 SCSI and it ROCKS so don't try to talk me out of
SCSI. I have $500 to spend. I can get a 2940U2W card and two 4GB
barracuda 9LP's all for $500 from a friend (I know what a good deal
that is but he owes me a favor). I just don't know where to start
upgrading.
