Yes, and the surprise may not be a pleasant one. In August, I ordered a
Diamond Voodoo II from them on the basis of a comparison in Netbuyer. The
listing showed the software bundle, which indicated a retail version. I
especially wanted the retail version because of a $50 rebate offer from
Diamond. Upon phoning the vendor to be sure that the listed item WAS indeed
the retail and not the OEM version, I was assured that it was. I ordered it
on that basis. When it arrived, it was OEM! I called the sales rep and
asked where my retail version was and was told me that they didn't even carry
the retail version and that they were not responsible for errors in the
listing of product specs, since it was advertised through a third party. I
then requested a RMA and got one and returned the misrepresented card, fuming
a bit at the delay and extra shipping costs. Some time later, I got a
statement from them in the mail and it showed a 15% restocking fee!! I
called and got no satisfaction at all. Not only had I paid the price for a
retail card, plus a rather high shipping charge, but then had to pay to ship
it back AND got hit for a restocking fee, as well! I then ordered one from
another vendor at $1 more than the OEM from A2Z had cost. I was not ready to
pursue the matter any further and merely vented my rage through telling my
story to all who would stand still long enough and listing it in
resellerratings. Bottom line; Don't order from any vendor you're not
familiar with without at least checking http://www.resellerratings.com for
reports and ratings of a lot of vendors. Still pissed;

You should also check them out on www.resellerratings.com first, before you
order anything. A word to the wise.

From what I've been reading, A2Z is not a good company to deal with. They
have alot of people compaining at http://www.resellerratings.com/ there are
alot of unhappy campers. I tried to order from them in the past and they
would not honor the ad price in computer shopper. I took my business
elsewhere.

Well I wouldn't buy a piece of gum from A2Z...the excited customer service
is not as excited after the sale..the WEB site takes forever to load at
times, that should have been a sign, and the prices...well they are not that
low...In fact they are a little higher than some stores in my area. Don't
buy from them. They talk the talk before the sale...and have never walked
the walk with me after the sale. In my opinion...if you want to get
raped...go with A2Z and you will get just that.
