10G of media for detailed normalization analysis and rewrites, split
over two junctures of same program processes - core affinities lent
indiscrimantely to each, & and a stready state stream of network
filtering applicable over a 30meg database of filters in two disparate
process programs, one following the other's restrictions.
Anyway, it would cook in S478 P4 single core, 3Ghz @140F, whereas this
baby, a two-physical dualcore 2.66Ghz P4 simmers along nicely at 109F.
85F ambient and a quiet, 1 box fan, that I have to remind myself to
wander across the room occassionally just to see if it's on.
