hard drive cache question

Greetings,

Just a question. I'm looking for a hard drive and want to get the
fastest one I can. Looking at the stats, though, I notice there is RPM
and Cache. How does a 7200 rpm drive with 256K cache compare in
performance/speed to a 5400 rpm drive with 512K of cache? Do you think
the higher cache would compensate for a lower rpm?
