Need HELP!! Building my first PC

Ive choose(some is new, the other stuff is just pulled out of my old PC).
850Mhz AMD T-Bird
GA-7ZX Audio Mobo
Cooler Master CPU Fan
128MG PC-133 (I think the brand is ARC, thats whats written on it)
Alpha Mid Tower w/ 300W AMD approved PS
Samsung 30.7GB ATA/66 5400RPM(Secondary)
Fujitsu 4.3GB ATA/33 5400RPM(Primary)
24X CD-Rom
Voodoo 3 2500 PCI
Aopen 10/100 NIC
a) I plan to put my Primary HD on IDE1 along with my CD-Rom. I'll put my
ATA/66 HD alone on his own channel. Is it a good idea?
b) I need some advise on how to put the f*****g CPU fan in place. It's hard
to get in place...
c) How should I mount the hardware? Should I put all the hardware at the
first boot? or should I first install only my 4.3 HD, my video card and the
cd-rom?
d) How do I set the BIOS?(well, what should I check when I first boot?)
I'll be using that system mostly for internet surfing and gaming(I dont play
graphic intensive games, I mostly play Diablo2 and THPS2). I cant put more
money in the system as I plan to build a new one in 3-4 months.
I think thats about all, any help would be apreciate!
