The K7 Master tends to report temperatures that are higher than most other
boards, so 60C shouldn't be a problem.
I have one, and it used to get up to 67C with Prime95 running in the
background. This was with an ambient temp of about 22-23C. I've since
dropped it to 55-56C, by 1) getting a bigger fan for the heatsink; and 2)
dropping the core voltage from default to 1.675. For some reason this board
runs the Vcore at about 0.7v higher than nominal.

What sort of Coolermaster? IIRC they're not the best heatsinks around. Are
you experiencing lockups?
Which Coolermaster
Did you use ASII or the thermal pad
How are you measuring temp
What does your BIOS temp give after 1 min
???

DickyDiDo
No lock-ups ... the temp is nog down to 66
