Anyone know where i can get a backplate like this or know of any mb`s that
uses similar?

I`ve done that guys and actually got an answer. But to no avail they don`t
have any any more as its an old socket 478 board.

Search eBay for item# 300365416669 and read the included
contact info for the sellers.
I once needed one for a Gigabyte mobo. Made a cardboard template,
transfered it to some sheet metal, drilled and filed, with a Dremeled
tool untill I had a nice fitting backplate. Total time was about 40
mins. Try it. Be sure to wear safety glasses`when drilling and
grinding with the Dremel tool.

Dense cardboard wrapped in aluminum foil and covered in wide clear tape will
work as well once you cut the proper holes with a sharp knife..
