Does anyone know of a freeware/shareware program which would enable me to
design a large garden and with an animation preview.
TIA

I have looked all over without finding anything free. (As I recall,
there were some shareware programs -- but that's OT here. Do a search on
shareware - garden - design and you'll find them.)

I finally downloaded CadStd Lite. I haven't tried it yet, and it isn't
really set up for landscaping, but it looks like I'll at least be able to
enter dimensions and draw the trees and shrubs in place. No animation
though.

Say, would you be looking for this?

This is the only gardening freeware that I'm aware of. If you're looking
for landscape architecture to model the landscaping around your home, I've
seen this stuff for low-cost at Staples, I think.

Thank you John, Alexei & Cory, bob and Robert for your assistance. I am in
