Thanks! Good news. Now it's been translated to 23 languages, and mine was
one of the four new ones. :)
I like the GUI. It is unusual, but IMHO easy to figure out.
Because of a lack of ambition I've left Gimp in favour of a palette of
smaller programs.

The forging that goes on here in ACF, gives me the perfect
opportunity to show how it can be easily overcome, by using
freeware, e.g. Gnu Privacy Guard, popularly know as GnuPG, or GPG.
By "signing" my post, someone with my public key, included in their
public keyring, can instantly determine if the post is authentic, or
just another forgery, without having to check the headers.
And by having their public key in my keyring, I can tell if their
post is authentic or not.
And, it's FREE!!
From now on, I will sign my posts with my Private key, which will
make it virtually impossible to forge.

smaller(lighter) than Gimp.
Photoscape is definitely a feature rich program.
