I am using the latest version (portable) PDF XChange viewer (on Win XP Pro).

Any way I can add my .sig image to the array of 'Draft') stamps at the top?

Thanks.

(I had a quick look at the PDF XChange Forum FAQ, but could not see the
answer. I know there are some long-time users of this here on
alt.comp.freeware)

OK, here's how you can have a signature stamp (even with the free
version of PDFXChange).

You need an image of your signature (as a .jpg, or a .pdf).

Click on the down arrow next to the stamps tool. An assortment of stamps
will show up.
Right at the bottom, click on 'Show stamps pallate...'.

Click on '+ New Collection' ....>> 'From image' (point it to the image
of your sig, or the pdf of your sig)

The signature image should now appear on the same pallate as all the
stamps.

You can also create a blank stamp to erase material on the pdf, or text
placed on an enabled pdf form by Acrobat 9, which otherwise shows through
PDF XChange typewriter entries.

PDF XChange was a bit difficult to get to grips with, but I'm glad I
stuck with it. Recently elected to go for semi-retirement, needed to
complete a whole s**t load of superannuation and social security forms,
loads of consistency checks and 'Catch 22' involved. Now I have a full
sequence of files, can edit/reprint easily. The SS Office have recently
started taking some forms off their website, but that's no longer an
impediment hehehe ...
