How do you convert a Print Artist .sgn file to a jpg or bmp??????

I believe Paint Shop Pro can do that. It's a shareware program.

Two very good shareware programs that can do that are Paintshop Pro and
Graphics Workshop.

I don't know if this will work for sure but how about clicking edit select
all then copy then open a program that handles BMP or jpg and then click
edit paste and then save the file as bmp or jpg.

Go to Edit Menu. Choose Select All.
Go to file Menu. Choose Export.
Pick y'alls new directory location as in most other programs.
Can export as .tif, .bmp, .eps, .wmf.
