playing in Perth, Western Australia, normally on latencies of 800-900ms ..
today I'm getting 1.5 - 3 seconds making jousting impossible :(

Any other west Oz players here experiencing similar issues?
As an aside, I've realised I simply cannot duel with these times - I
wondered how people could have already hit me with a spell when I can't even
target them.. now I know better

Have a look in alt.comp.anti-virus or alt.privacy.spyware.
