CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool.
It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster
and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your
online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that
it's fast (normally taking less that a second to run) and FREE! :)
v1.19.108
- Added Portuguese (Brazil) and Finnish languages.
- Fixed IE Autocomplete History shutdown problem.
- Fixed Type Mismatch error in Issue scanner.
- Fixed error in saving options under a restricted account.
- Added support for HKEY_USERS (HKU) in ini files.
- Fixed Real Player cleaning.
- Changed MS Office cleaning (again).
- Minor display tweaks.

Hmmm, when I install the updated version over an earlier version, it
seems to install but the version info in the program says 1.19.105.
Uninstalled it using Control Panel and reinstalled; same thing.
Anyone else find this?

No problem here,
I downloaded the ccleaner install file from here

No it hasn't and IMO, that's a *huge* oversight. It's the main reason I
use IE Privacy Keeper (works for Firefox too), which allows cleaning of
user specified files:
