How-to check signal strength and quality

ScanChannelsBDA is a small program that runs independently from
WinTV 7 and can be used to check whether your DVB-T tuner is working
correctly. It can be used on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

ScanChannelsBDA is ONLY for scanning digital terrestrial (DVB-T). It
will not work for analogue terrestrial or digital satellite (DVB-S/S2)

For my USB DVB-T dongle not much of help..

It detect the device, but no particular filters a/o drivers, finally
claiming there is no card..

Could not find any BDA devices. Check that drivers are installed and that
