May I suggest IZArc or 7-Zip? There are others, as well.

I'm sorry, we're all out of registration keys for this product at the
present time. Please try the following alternate location instead.

Of course, the best thing to do would be to use a freeware alternative.

I did purchase the product which stated at the time there would be free
liftime upgrades. They need money upfront even for registered users.
No they don't !
I've been upgrading for about 8 years following my original
payment to them and have just upgraded to v. 10.0.
Download the latest version at : http://www.winzip.com/
Use the "try now" option. Download and install Winzip.
First time you run program, under "Help", there is an option,
"Enter Registration Code". Use the one you were given.
That's it !
The splash screen will now show your name and code.

I just installed it and it will not accept my registration code which it
has done in the past. I have emailed them. Let's see how long their
support takes?

Luckily you should have a 30 day trial, so as long as they reply within
30 days you should be good to go...

You said "Guys I need WinZip 10 Registration Key to register it as i am
using evaluation version of it. Please provide me the same."
I don't recall them ever saying lifetime free updates but it's been a long
time since I purchased WinZip. I did download version 10 and it sure won't
accept my existing registration. The site says they sent out an email about
upgrading for $14.95 to all registered users. Silly me for not updating my
email addresses with them over the past 5 years or so...
If you can point to something where they stated "free lifetime upgrades" I
sure would like to see it. If a bunch of us remind them of that fact (if
it's true) they may change their position but I doubt it.

P.S.: Here is Freeware! Well, maybe not so good as it was one time, but
freeware.
I suspect that you may have uninstalled the old one or failed to install the
new version into the same directory, ie over the top of the old version. My
experience has been that each generation of WinZip uses a different product
key verification algorithm, BUT that if you simply update an existing
installation, the fact that the registry keys are still present and still
pointing to the executable and related files means that Winzip considers
itself registered. I admit however that I have not tried Winzip10 as 8.0
still does everything I need; perhaps this functionality is inadvertantly
broken in the latest version.
Mike Bourke
Okay, Charles D. Bohne's post below clarifies things - I was half right, the
"automatically registered" functionality is indeed broken, but this appears
deliberate and not accidental (as I postulated it might be).

my personal fav i tugzip :)
That's understandable.
> Stupid cunt. Still working. Upgraded when it came out - no problem.
You missed the point. Just because WinZip 10 upgraded on your computer
does not make it freeware it.
Do me a favour and wash your mouth out.
