Can somebody tell me if there is freeware for visual artist available? I
mean freeware to teach how to draw, paint landscapes and others.

Hi,
I don't know of any training programs for painting. There are certainly
free paint and drawing programs such as ImageForge:

Perhaps you can also check sites such as Son-of-Spy's site
(www.sover.net/~whoi/Index.html), which has a good listing.
