It now runs on Windows 98 and higher. It also works in Linux using
wine. Kennedy Approach is a freeware game and also fully portable since
it does not disturb the Windows registry in any way.
If you are currently using Kennedy Approach you can update from within
the game itsself or if not, then you can find a download (1.4 Mb) link
at the author's home page,
http://www.kennedyapproach.com
where among other good things you will find the online manual and a
forum dedicated to the game.
Enjoy!

If you would like to have the Atari color scheme, then you can change
the .ini file that Kennedy Approach creates when you first exit the game.
To do this change the 2nd line in the file "Kennedy Approach.ini"
from
ColorScheme=C64
to
ColorScheme=Atari
This remake has very minimal requirements. I was played it yesterday on
a PII/133Mhz/Win95/DirectX8. Without DirctX8 there is no sound. Didn't
have a slopwer computer to check it on though :(

Well the way I met air traffic, was always from in the sky. I was flying
glider planes, up to aerobatics and all. But because I am getting older, I
stopped this year. So now I will see this world from another view. I give
this program a try. Thanx very much for your message about this.

I played a few times this week on a old Vetra compaq computer and had a
lot of fun but how hard it is when there are a lot of plane ! Can't
remeber how I dealt with that on my old atari xl !

It includes a new map, Orlando.
Also includes an option for somewhat easier gameplay, the status of
planes is colorcoded, and the route a plane will take (under current
orders) is shown.
Use the ingame update function to get it, or get it from
