The first 4 of a sequence are 13,128,23,217...

I am a beginner and I have tried AT&T integer sequence, Comp.Compression
and Google..

I am unsure if I have discovered it or self discovered it.

So I will risk it here.. This rather off beat forum and dare I say I
fart in your General direction?

Alright I will try to be serious but this has to be the fun Zone of Data
Compression..

Serious tho.. anyone recognize the sequence?
