Who is using the NVDA beta?

I just went to the NVDA down-load page for the first time in a month
or two, and found that there is a beta ver out. I was going to try a
new dev snapshot, but the beta looks good from the "what's new" file.
Anyone using it? I won't install until I finish an almost 2gb
download that I am in the middle of, as I like to shut down all but
the most essential programs and services before installing something as
important and integrated as a screenreader. (I'm close to 20 hours in
to the down-load/don't want to risk having to start over after a reboot)
Are their any good NVDA usenet groups? Mailing lists?
BTW-Jamie eh is going to be talking about NVDA on "innovations" on the
global voice. (tomorrow evening I think)
