I used to run AVG and bought ETrust EZ a few months ago, and I have been
very pleased. I would uninstall AVG before installing.

I have used EZ Trust for 2 or 3 years........but do NOT run 2 antivirus
programs in the background at the same time.......conflicts. One
(particularly EZ Trust, grin) is quite sufficient.

You could download F-Prot for DOS.......as a manual scanner (meaning you
activate it from time to time.....it does not run in the
background).....I have used that as a backup for many years.
