If you're going to give a url on such a touchy subject, you should have
made it a 'preview' one. In this group as of late, I don't trust much

Wrong address. That's my old job address. :) But! Thanks for confirming
that I was telling the truth about who I am this entire time. :)
I don't live far from it tho, in Kingsport, TN; where I said I lived the
entire time.. thanks. and yes, I did live in Maine. I've never met Donna (I
moved away long before her and my dad got married)...
Thanks for showing me what a crazy ass stalker fuck you are tho. Sorry your
not quite right on the address; but your close. :)

Sure is. It's a map to.. (ready?) an old computer repair shop I worked at
for 10 years, just like I said. *grin*.
Wonder if anyone can get what my middle initial stands for? hehehe.
Gotta love usenet stalkers who think they're doing something new with doc
dropping.

It's a link to a map which will take you to a computer shop (right down the
road from me, actually) where I worked as a certified (Comptia A+)
technician for 10 years, like I originally said. The fellow even included
the fact I come from Maine, by listing my dad and a stepmom I never
actually met. Dad still lives in Maine, but.. not in new gloucester
anymore.
Anyways, it's all good. I live in the miserable assbackwoods state of
tennesee where guns are legal and using force to protect yourself and your
property is legal as well; so I'm not worried that I've been "outed".

Nope.. gotta do better man.. better I says.
Many places would terminate your account for harassing someone on
Usenet, and to post their public identity can get your account yanked by
many providers.

Typo on my part. I don't much care for the state overall. I suppose that
might be different if I was nearly as religious as many of my neighbors. We
have more churchs up here than we do gas stations... :(
Is that "Google Street View"? That's pretty cool - could quite get "Google

The last time I entered a church building of any sort was to fix an issue
on the network server. The place I worked is on the religious side and
they do most of the church computer work contracts here. Some of the
insides of these churchs are nicer than multi million dollar homes I've
been in.
The place is still very much laid back, still has the volunteer state
style to it.

I was out on Roan mountain for the last few weeks helping a friend with
some electrical work; nice view.. I'm certain at one point, I pissed on
North Carolina. <G>
Haha. Yea, google street view. I took a drive to the house pictured
yesterday in the middle of one of those wonderful thundershowers we've
been getting here. It's a few more miles down the road than I had
thought.
The information on me that was posted is the same information I've found

Step parents isn't something you've heard of eh? My real dad as I said is
very much dead, yes. He was killed in a car accident on a bridge a few
miles from where I live.
> Please clarify matters for all reading here.
I honestly didn't think I had to clarify that aspect. Norman is a step dad,
not my biological father. Is that clarified enough for you, Dave?
And what about the google map to the address? Just how do you defend doing
that?
Yup - that's OK with me. Thank you.

I don't feel any need to 'defend' anything. Anyone could have plugged
the posted address into Google!
At least you now know that I have *some* computing ability! ;-)

For this asshole to ask someone to defend themselves
against outing a piece of shit like himself when he did
worse to some women, shows what a cowardly hypocrite he is.
He posted a woman's addy in a sex group, proclaiming she
was a whore, welcoming everyone, including groups of
degenerates, to visit her. Compared with that, his outing
is nothing. Did you notice his first reaction? Guns. Yeah,
more threats of killing someone if they bothered him. You
know, I think it's time for someone to gather up all those
posts I have made and email them to the Tennessee State
Police, questioning whether this sick bastard should
continue to have a gun carry permit.
> Yup - that's OK with me. Thank you.
Are you sure, Dave? I mean, you seem to have this need to know everything
you possibly can about a person. So, again, your sure you don't have any
more assinine questions to ask of me?
> I don't feel any need to 'defend' anything. Anyone could have plugged

Fair enough. However, that being said, not everyone (besides numbnuts
anonymous remailer coward) bothered to do so, or create a fresh thread to
discuss it. Now, don't get me wrong, the guys funny as hell for doing the
very things he claimed I was a sociopath for doing, but that's beside the
point. You didn't have to add to the fuss.
> At least you now know that I have *some* computing ability! ;-)

Hahaha.. I figured you try to defend this work of yours. You hide behind
a remailer, reposting posts which aren't accurate; outright lieing on
another (misattributions my ass), and then you actually post an address
you mistakenly thought was mine here. You've done several things by doing
that. Allow me to list a few for my own amusement.
1. You have proven that I am Dustin Cook and that I do reside in
kingsport, tn; you have previously denied that and tried to convince
others I was lieing.
2. You have proven that your no better than I was years ago by "outing"
or doc dropping me.
> He posted a woman's addy in a sex group, proclaiming she
> was a whore, welcoming everyone, including groups of

An outing is an outing; your efforts to spin it just won't cut what you
did. You simply dropped to that of my former self, all with a single
post. I knew you were a troll from the getgo, but you did have a little
support from some people here. Until.. you stooped to my level a few
years ago, that is.
Now then, in so far as threatening someone with Guns, I know you think if
you claim that for long enough somebody will believe you, true enough,
somebody might; but.. alas, facts just don't support you. Case in point,
I haven't threatened anybody; but you have certainly tried to place
myself and that of my family in danger by "outing" me. I don't think it's
unreasonable for me or anyone else placed in such a position to have a
means in which to defend his or herself.
> more threats of killing someone if they bothered him. You
> know, I think it's time for someone to gather up all those
Well, lets call it for what it is. You posted an address you think is
mine; You know as well as I do what the idea was behind that. You can't
spin that. The police would know easily as well, and might even ask if
I'd like to investigate the internet stalking (not a joke, I kid you not,
look it up; it's a federal thing) which is clearly taking place here, by
you. You've moved it up a notch well into the realm of legal issues when
you posted the address as a topic here, so do feel free to make contact
with the state police here.
> posts I have made and email them to the Tennessee State

As I said above, you've opened a fresh can of worms for yourself, and
investigations are a two way street. :)
Hi Tom.
Unfortunatly,
the anonymous remailer feels a need to hide from me (He actually wrote the
reason he uses the remailer is to protect himself from me) so I don't think
for even a second he'd ever want to just deal with me in person. It's
pretty obvious he's scared of me, and needs someone else to deal with me
instead.

You have no idea if this is the same person or not (or do you?).
I do not know who posted the address, whether it was your friend, foe or
even yourself. Nothing would surprise me.
If a foe then I for one do not agree with it but it has not changed my
opinion on any of the other stuff.
You certainly have no idea if "support from some people here" has
changed as a result of it.
Yes there was one misattribution in a post but the rest of it was 100%
correct from how I read it.
I am bored of reading it all now though.
I thought you said you were going to stop replying to it.

Why were you frightened to log on to Annexcafe (User2User) and/or

Frightened? how and why would I be frightened to log on someplace?
Your question isn't phrased properly. What you meant to ask is why won't
I do your dirty work for you?
> Perhaps guys there could trash even *your* machine, eh?!!!
Trash a machine? Please, enlighten me.. exactly how would that occur?

BD, the truth already has; your not the good guy you'd like people to
believe you are. Not much your going to be able to do to fix that, I'm
afraid.

Hahaha. Well, then I would say you have reading comprehension issues. Or
in other words, you don't understand what your reading and are unable to
seperate fact from fiction in the contents of my old posts. It's okay,
the OP couldn't do it either.

I do not care much for your stupidity and my comprehension is 100%
correct. Whether you claim them as fiction or not, was not and is not
the issue. The point is you did write them. So glad you have admitted to
that.
The only remaining issue is whether or not you were lying intentionally
to mislead or whether you were just full of shit. I go with the latter
and you have done nothing to convince me otherwise.

I have not stated the posts weren't mine. That was never even brought up,
either by myself or the OP flooding. What I have stated from the
beginning was that not all of the information I provided in the posts
should be taken at face value. It's clearly a comprehension issue on your
part if you think anything else has been going on. Don't be so quick with
the word stupid next time. I suppose you think everything.. say, Eminem
says in his songs is the truth and should be taken seriously as well.
/joking.
I don't think I need to dedicate any time to convincing someone I don't
know? anything. Please see my signature for further questions concerning
that.

post.
David,
They are going to post irregardless of whether or not I respond to it. He's
already made that clear. I'm not going to duck and run away because someone
who just recently learned how to use a remailer has a childish score to
settle.
Besides, aside from his.. somewhat amusing posts; there really isn't much

You think you are smart but you are fooling no-one. No-one is confused.
No-one is misguided. Plenty of people have posted shit they should not
have and maybe now regret. They may apologies and move on, they may not.
But your attempts to make out you were posting as some big bluff is 100%
bullshit. You know it, and so does everyone else with even half a brain.
Personally I don't give a shit about you being an arse then and
continuing to be one now.
But your continued attempts to bullshit are not being believed by
anyone. They are taken as face value as that is how you intended them.
Well, thats good news. As I'm not trying to fool anybody.

Great, as again, I'm not trying to bullshit anybody here. The original OP
has spent a few weeks now? trying to do that, tho.

I realize you wish that was the case. :)

Sure you do. You thought that I had denied any of the posts were mine. I
didn't. My argument has always been that the posts didn't always contain
correct information. You and your OP posting friend just ran with it from
there.
>They are going to post irregardless of whether or not I respond to it.
No, that is not the case. Notice that people don't hassle me, and I'm a
radical gay political activist whose opinions and politics are at odds with a
lot of people. And while people had fun with my feather duster and furniture
polish thing and blowing into laptop air vents to clear them of dust, even
those posts went away.

In that case I feel sorry for you that you have to resort to such pettiness in
lieu of a life. That's sad, actually. As for me, I'm here to get information
and the longer you yokels keep your bitchfest going on, the fewer people are
going to want to post questions and answers about viruses.
I suggested feather dusters for the NASA cometary dust collection

What is it with you and the bullshit? You just cannot stop yourself.
Not once have I said I though you denied any of the posts were yours.
All you have denied is the manner in which they were posted. Pretending
they were some kind of smokescreen to cover your sorry arse.
No matter how you try to spin it. You meant every word in those earlier
posts, just like you do now. 10 years from now I am sure you will be
trying the same tactic to cover up for your bullshit. It is not believed
now and it wont be then.
For the record. The OP is not my "friend". So stop trying to fake
conspiracy where there is none. The fact is a lot on 'individuals' know
you are a cock. Simple as. But you are aware of this and are just trying
to add your spin to it to gain sympathy. It ain't happening.
You are falling for this sociopath's bullshit.
It is amazing how many educated and smart people try arguing
with this looney tunes sociopath. He has an extreme case of
diarrhea of the mouth. An endless stream of illogical,
nonsensical shit spews from him, illustrating his sick dementia.
It seems beyond the ken of ordinary sane persons to realize the
evil inside this person which twists every truth 180 degrees
from its true polarity. No wonder he snickers and sneers at
them. They are incredibly naive.
He is using you. It's what he does. And his lies as to what you
posted and as to what he said and what he didn't say are all

Nice try.. :)
Someone thought I was bsing about that law, so I did the google work they
could have done for themselves. It's pretty simple english, really. If you
come to my home with the intent of doing harm to myself or my family
members, or even my van; Your fair game for target practice. Which, is as
it should be. A person should always have the right to use lethal force if
necessary. You shouldn't have to go and cower and let the "bad guy" have
his way with your home or your possesions or your friends/family members
who might be visiting when the bad guy comes to play.
You should try trolling when you have a better clue or understanding of the
topic at hand. As it is now, your comment is weak.
Where does it say what you say it said?
Show where it says deadly force can be used to
protect property?

Follow your own advice.
No where there does it say deadly force can be used
to protect property.
Now to support Cookie show where it say you can use deadly force to protect
property?
The word "deadly" is not used. If you actually read the law, which it
appears you did not, the implications are clear in that the legal resident
may use force, deadly or otherwise, to protect life and property. Prior to
this statement, the case for property is made, with the use of the word
"curtilage" which refers to the area surrounding a dwelling. IOW, life,
property and vehicles are all covered under this law. Don't be such a tard.
(c) Any person using force intended or likely to cause death or serious
bodily injury within a residence, dwelling or vehicle is presumed to have
held a reasonable belief of imminent death or serious bodily injury to self,
family, a member of the household or a person visiting as an invited guest
when that force is used against another person, who unlawfully and forcibly
enters or has unlawfully and forcibly entered the residence, dwelling or
vehicle, and the person using defensive force knew or had reason to believe
that an unlawful and forcible entry occurred.

Do you have a reading comprehension problem? I'm guesssing so.
You may continue to ask like a broken record, the law I was referring as
been provided via myself and SeaNymph; and again, a simple google search
would have found it as well. At this point, you're just trolling and may
now go fuck yourself.
LOL, I tried to be a bit more diplomatic, but this works as well.

Find a better quote. This one says nothing about "deadly force".
While you're at it, look up statistics on how many gun owners have been
killed by intruders using the property owner's own gun. Have you ever
been the victim of a home invasion? I'll tell you what, intruders can
have my gun - but they'll be getting all of the bullets first.

The use of deadly force
Here is the Tennessee law on using deadly force in self-defense. The full
statute can be found in the Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39-11-611. The
critical elements of this law are that:
a.. You CANNOT use deadly force to protect property because there is no
danger of death or serious bodily injury: the threat has to be against a
person, not a thing

Of course you can site an outdated article. We both sited a tn
government website, which clearly defines when you can/cannot apply
lethal force.
It should be said, I don't advocate just willy nilly shooting a person.
I believe that in most cases, non lethal (less than outright lethal)
can accomplish the intended effect. In rare cases only, imho, is lethal
force required.
> Same info in on an official Tenn. Web site.
We provided the tn law concerning the issue.
> a.. You CANNOT use deadly force to protect property because there
You are gravely mistaken. This entire discussion is rather pointless
tho, as nowhere in my post did I say lethal force; I simply stated that
I would if required use force. As the law states, upto and including
lethal if required; but as I previously stated, I don't believe in most
cases that is required. Aside from civil lawsuits and potential for
loss of income arguments aside; I'm well aware of thiefs and criminals
suing property owners due to injuries sustained during a failed robbery
attempt, AND actually winning.. It truely sickens me.
