If they tried to organize as a wiccan church, the local Christian
government would be all over their ass, but as a privately held
corporation, they can do whatever they want, and nobody in the system
will pay any attention to it. Three of the six I spoke with were vets;
two infantry, one in the marine corps.
All of whom can shoot. Altho, just last week, one slit the throat of a
deer clobbered by a car at the edge of their property. The Cherokee
witch dressed out the carcass. I grant that most of the wiccans and
pagans are fluff bunnies, but they are not all like that.
And unlike the cammy jammy Christian bunker boys, their strategic
planning extends up the road, and fits with a network of real estate
investments at several locations. In part this is because of
consideration of the instability of the zeitgeist, and how things
could play out in different directions at different times among
different groups.
They are not armageddonites; the system could go on like it always
has, and if so, some locations will be very profitable. But if not,
then other sites are more remote, harder to get to, and easier to
organize a local 'well regulated militia'. Which will be more
effective not having Christian hypocrites.
