This one has a Superman story which was later used in the "Adventures of
Superman" TV show with George Reeves, where Superman stops an atomic pile
from blowing up, but gets irradatiated and can't go near people or plants
since they'll die from the radiation. So a crime wave erupts from
criminals knowing Superman can't go near them.
