According to the "Snoopy's Reunion" television special, Snoopy has a
brother named Andy who is fuzzy with brown ears.

Whether you accept this special as canonical, since it contains numerous
continuity flaws, is up to you. I haven't read any strips that's Andy's
been in but my newspaper doesn't get _Peanuts_, so I've only read what's
been in the collections. :-(

Andy has appeared in the newspapers, e.g., he and Olaf and Spike visited
Snoopy in the hospital once.
